Cliveyfest 2017

Westbury Lions were invited to steward the Cliveyfest event again this year by Annie and Dave Harris. This event is popular with locals and is always a sellout, with this year proving to be no different with hundreds of people attending over the 3 day event.
Everywhere you looked you saw the yellow “Westbury Lions Crew” t-shirts, with our volunteers managing everything from car parking, food, camping and facepainting, sweet stalls, bottle stalls and even the toilets!
Final figures are yet to be confirmed, but it is hoped that the funds raised from this event will be able to underpin many charitable donations back to the community in the coming months. Watch this space for more information in due course.
Our gratitude to Annie and Dave, and all their friends and family, for their invitation and their generosity in letting us assist. We all had lots of fun, as the photos prove!
